Hefei- Bangkok Flight Finally Resumes after almost 3 Years

On January 16,

Hefei Airport resumed international passenger flights to Bangkok, Thailand, which is the first scheduled passenger route to Southeast Asia to resume after the epidemic policy adjustment.

Operated by Thai Lion Air with 737-900 aircraft,

the route is scheduled to operate weekly during the winter season, arriving Hefei from Bangkok at 16:40 and departing Hefei to Bangkok at 17:40.

The last time this route operated was in February 2020. On the 16th, a total of 193 passengers departed, with a load factor of more than 90%, and the market demand is relatively hot, and it plans to resume the summer season with a flight daily.

With the adjustment of the new entry policy, Hefei Airport is making every effort to resume other international passenger flights, and regional routes.
