On the first day of the Year of the Rabbit,
(January 22), Mohe, Heilongjiang, located at the northernmost part of China’s land territory, refreshed its history, with a measured minimum temperature of -53 °C, breaking the record for the lowest temperature in history since meteorological records in China.
