Mother Abandons Baby on the Streets of Hefei

On the early morning of June 16th, a man discovered a baby on the roadside in Hefei. The baby girl also had blood stains on her body and was suspected to have been abandoned by her parents.

A note was left by the birth mother next to the baby girl saying that the baby was born prematurely and she is unable to raise her. She hopes that someone with a good heart can adopt the child.
