Shanghai-Suzhou by Line 11 Subway Changes

According to the latest news from Suzhou Rail Transit, in order to better organize passenger flow during the Spring Festival, Suzhou Rail Transit has decided to close the transfer corridor at both ends of the Huqiao Station on Line 11 from February 10, 2024 (the first day of the Lunar New Year) to February 17, 2024 (the eighth day of the Lunar New Year), including the “Metro Metropolis and Suzhou E-Travel Special Channel”.

On-site, flow control and diversion measures will be implemented based on passenger flow conditions. From Shanghai to Suzhou:
Passengers transferring from Shanghai Line 11 to Suzhou Line 11 can now choose from the following methods:

Method 1: After passing through the exit gate, use the central transfer corridor to transfer.

Method 2: After passing through the exit gate, exit from Exit 1 and enter Suzhou Huqiao Station through Exit 3 or Exit 4 for transfer.

From Suzhou to Shanghai:
Passengers transferring from Suzhou Line 11 to Shanghai Line 11 can now choose from the following two methods:

Method 1: After passing through the exit gate, use the central transfer corridor to transfer.

Method 2: After passing through the exit gate, exit from Exit 3 or Exit 4, and enter Shanghai Huqiao Station through Exit 1 for transfer.

During this period, passengers using the “Suzhou E-Travel” app or the “Metro Metropolis” app’s “Touchless Transfer” service at Suzhou/Shanghai Huqiao Station must also scan the QR code at the ticket gate for entry/exit.
