Power rate differs with the type of building . In Hefei buildings are separated into residential , commercial , industrial and public . These categories have different power rate .
Also urban areas , mainly the districts such as Shushan , Luyang etc have different rates from the counties like Feidong.

For this buildings, the cost is 0.5653 yuan per kWh. In my experience using normal appliances without turning on the AC, can be between 40-60 yuanes/mes. Expect over 200 yuan /month in electricity bills if you frequently use the AC.
